Super friendly staff, breakfast and parking included, a hot tub and a pool. We’ve stayed here twice for the Big Sur marathon and both times I’ve been impressed. Oh and a free glass of wine during happy hour! Would definitely recommend.

Although the hotel is officially rated as a three-star property, it definitely deserves a four-star rating. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding - with a variety of options such as porridge, omelette, burrito, cereals, juices, milk, baguettes with Philadelphia cheese, yogurts, and a selection of fruits, which my children absolutely loved. Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows, and we appreciated the free parking available on site. Due to an unforeseen situation--my husband falling ill--we had to check out one day earlier. The kind lady at the front desk assisted us with canceling the second night's booking and was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and overall value.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is immaculately clean—seriously one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The quality of everything from the rooms to the amenities is top-notch, and the rooms themselves are super spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay great—especially Hayley and Marquis, who were both amazing, friendly, and super helpful throughout. I’d 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay. Can’t wait to come back with family and friends next time!
