“The gentleman who greeted and helped us at the front desk was wonderful! …We came on a Monday night around 8pm. Not only was he dressed professional, he greeted us and was very genuine and sincere. As he was booking our room, he paid close attention to us, had great eye contact, and we held very pleasant conversations throughout the whole interaction… He had a smile on his face the whole time. My fiancé and I were very pleased with his service. [Sometimes] it can be rare to find such a genuine, kind, and helpful employee. He was great!!... we [will] definitely stay here again.
